Booth Electricity
You can purchase electricity at your booth for $75 (for laptop, phone charging, etc.)
Screen Rentals
We are offering exhibitors the option to rent a screen to display their brand video/graphics for an additional $500.
Note: if you paid for a screen, your booth already includes electricity, so you don’t need to pay additional.

Walkthrough access directly to the venue
To ensure a smooth check-in process at registration at the event and to ensure your team members receive printed badges, please ensure that all of your team members joining your booth are registered before arriving at the event.
Limit per Exhibitor

Register additional team members, $500 each.
We ask our exhibitors to have your team checked-in by 9:30am so you are ready to welcome attendees at your booth when the exhibit hall doors open at 10:00am.
Attendee badges will have a scannable QR code to collect their info.
In order for exhibitors to distinguish between an exhibitor and a seller, sellers will be wearing black lanyards, while exhibitors will be wearing white ones.
