Booth Setup Information

Each 10×10′ Booth includes:

Booth Electricity

You can purchase electricity at your booth for $75 (for laptop, phone charging, etc.)

Screen Rentals

We are offering exhibitors the option to rent a screen to display their brand video/graphics for an additional $500.

Note: if you paid for a screen, your booth already includes electricity, so you don’t need to pay additional.

Booth Packages

If you require a booth design from scratch (backdrop, etc.)

WIFI INFO

Wi-fi will only be available for exhibitors so please do not share this info with attendees.

Instructions:

1) Connect to the Wifi – MACC-WiFi_1st_Flr
2) Open a new browser window
3) Login – Your browser should take you to a login page to enter your Username and Password

User ID: event
Password: connect
*User ID and Password are Lower Case and Case Sensitive.

Since the WiFi is only available to a limited number of devices, please do not to use it on unnecessary devices.
