Booth setup info
Your booth/meeting space will be fully designed and set up by us, so you don’t need to bring any booth material with you.
Besides for a laptop and brochures there won’t be room for anything else. If you’d like to hand out any giveaways, please refer to our media kit attached which includes several sponsorship options.
We provide exhibitors with the option to rent a screen for displaying their services and information, as well as a water fountain shelf wall to enhance the look of your booth.
Rental pricing options:

- 70" screen - $500
