BOOTH SETUP INFORMATION
The Home Care Show team is custom-building all the booths/meeting spaces to maintain a uniform look and feel of the conference.
► Please do not bring any of your own branded booth materials and signage, as they won't be permitted by management.
Booth Upgrade Options:

Rent a screen to display your brands video/graphics for an additional $500.

Order electricity outlet at your booth (for laptop, phone charging, etc.)
Note: If you ordered a screen, your booth already includes electricity, so you don’t need to pay additional.

Sponsor's Team Registration:
To ensure a smooth check-in process at registration at the event and to ensure your team members receive printed badges.
Limit Per Gold Sponsor
4 team members
Limit for Platinum sponsors
6 team members
Register additional team members, $500 each.
Please ensure that all of your team members joining
your booth are registered before arriving at the event to avoid issues and delays at the venue.
Lead Retrieval:
To facilitate efficient lead generation and follow-up, attendee badges will feature a scannable QR code containing their contact information.
Use the following links to download the event app to your device.
During the event, simply use the app to scan the QR codes on attendee badges. This will instantly capture their contact details and store them in the app.
2 Color Lanyards:
In order for sponsors to distinguish between a exhibitor and attendee, exhibitors will be wearing Black lanyards, while attendees will be wearing White lanyards.
Exhibitor WhatsApp Group:
To stay up to date with all event information, feel free to join the Exhibitors WhatsApp group.
Dress Code:
All participants are requested to dress modestly and in
professional business attire in order to maintain the desired ambiance.
Food Kashrus:
All food served at the Home Care Show are strictly supervised and kosher-certified by the CRC.
