Booth setup Information

The Redeal Conference team is custom-building all of the booths/meeting spaces to maintain a uniform look and feel of the conference, so you don’t need to (and cannot) bring any booth material/signage with you.

Screen Rentals:

Rent a screen to display your brand video/graphics for $500.

Deadline to order a screen is on April 5th

Booth Electricity:

Order electricity outlet at your booth for $75 (for laptop, phone charging, etc.)

Note: if you ordered a screen, your booth already includes electricity, so you don’t need to pay additional.

Internet WiFi Router:

Rent a dedicated WiFi router exclusively for your booth to ensure reliable internet access.

While the venue provides public WiFi, we acknowledge that shared networks can sometimes be unpredictable, especially during peak usage times when all guests are connected.

By renting a WiFi router for your booth, you can create your own secure and high-speed network, ensuring uninterrupted internet access throughout the event.

Exhibitor Team Registration

To ensure a smooth check-in process at registration at the event and to ensure your team members receive printed badges, please ensure that all of your team members joining your booth are registered before arriving at the event.

You can register additional team members for $500 each.

We ask our exhibitors to have your team checked-in by 10:30am so you are ready to welcome attendees at your booth when the meeting hall doors open at 11:00am.

Lead Retrieval

Each attendee badge will feature a QR code that you can easily scan using the Badger Scan app to collect their contact information for quick and efficient lead retrieval, ensuring seamless follow-ups post-event.

Every exhibitor received an email with their personal
promotional graphics and a special promo code, please make sure to distribute them via your email list, social media, WhatsApp status, etc.

2 Color Lanyards

In order for exhibitors to distinguish between exhibitors and attendees, exhibitors will be wearing blue lanyards, while attendees will be wearing yellow ones.

Dress Code

All participants are requested to dress modestly and in professional business attire in order to maintain the desired ambiance.
