Booth Electricity:

You can purchase electricity at your booth for $75 (for laptop, phone charging, etc.)


Screen Rentals:

We are offering exhibitors the option to rent a screen to display their brand video/graphics for an additional $500.


Note: if you paid for a screen, your booth already includes electricity, so you don’t need to pay additional.


Booth Packages:

If you require a booth design from scratch (backdrop, etc.)

Sponsor's Team Registration

To ensure a smooth check-in process at registration at the event and to ensure your team members receive printed badges, please ensure that all of your team members joining your booth are registered before arriving at the event.

We ask our sponsors to have your team checked-in by 10:30am so you are ready to welcome attendees at your booth when the exhibit hall doors open at 11:00am.

To register additional team members, $500 each.
